We had an awful nights sleep, the neighbours have recently given birth to twins. They were crying on and off through the night.

The weather was awful, it was thundering and lightning through the night. It was too warm to close our bedroom, the rain was pouring down so heavily.

I woke up this morning feeling like my cortisol would have an impact on my daily weigh in – surprisingly, I maintained.

A lovely lunch today, I needed a fatty meal after a total protein day yesterday.
