Carnivore Pancakes

This pancake recipe is so simple with just 2 main ingredients. They do take about 5 minutes each but give them 20 seconds in the microwave to heat them up again.

Ingredients

3 Egg Whites
3 Egg Yolks
Butter or Lard

Method

Whisk together the egg whites until soft peaks.
Whisk the yolks together until pale & frothy.
Fold the yolks into the egg whites
Heat the butter/lard in a frying pan, spoon the egg mixture into the frying pan.
Cook each side of your mixture for 2 mins 30 secs each side.

Top Tip

If you have one, place a lid over the top to enable faster cooking. You may think the pancakes look too fluffy but once on the plate, the pancakes will deflate.
